I wanted to take a few minutes to simply thank you for my new beginning. Not only is this a testimony for you, but it is my testimony as well. Five years ago I found myself at the tail end of a bad relationship and starting over. I was 29, single, pregnant and homeless with a 2 year old. I worked hard and was slowly able to get back on my feet.

Once I began thinking about buying I home I thought I was completely out of my league. I figured no one would give me a loan with my past credit history and limited income and circumstance. I was turned down left and right by countless agents and agencies. Then I saw your ad and decided to call before convincing myself that renting was not so bad.

After we talked for a while and I showed you what I had to work with it just seemed so surreal that you were immediately making phone calls on my behalf, networking with different people. I believe the Neighborhood Lending Application was new and you had to double check things, we did a Census Demographic search- just right then and there. You were on a mission and I just remember feeling such a sense of gratitude at that very moment.

I think I was still confused, I was so used to being turned down that I did not know what to expect. I got to leave our first meeting with my prequalification letter in hand; I had already spoken to Phillip so I was good to go.

I remember you asking me before I left if I was excited and I said "I'm happy but I'm not excited", you were so reassuring and confident that this was real and that I was going to be a home owner in the very near future. So for your confidence and reassurance I thank you also.

The entire process could not have gone better and all the people that you put me in contact with were great. It was a complete honor to have you on my team and I wish you much success in all your future endeavors.
